What are your payment terms?+
Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production, 70% balance before shipment. Payment via bank transfer (T/T). Terms can be discussed for larger or repeat orders.
Do I pay for samples?+
Sampling costs depend on style complexity and fabric requirements. Sample costs are typically credited against your first bulk order. Contact us to discuss.
Can I customise fabric composition?+
Yes. We work with nylon-spandex blends and can adjust composition (e.g. 85/15, 78/22) based on your performance requirements. Minimum order quantities may apply for specific fabrics.
How does shipping work?+
We quote on FOB Karachi basis — we deliver to Karachi port and you arrange onward shipping. We can connect you with freight forwarders for door-to-door delivery if needed.
Do you offer private label?+
Yes. Full private label service including custom woven labels, hangtags, size labels, care labels, and branded packaging. Share your brand assets and we handle the rest.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our standard MOQ is 150 pieces per style. For larger orders with multiple styles, MOQ per style may be flexible. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can you produce plus sizes?+
Yes. We produce XS to 3XL as standard. Extended sizing beyond 3XL can be discussed and may affect pricing slightly due to additional fabric and grading requirements.
